The restaurant was recently operated and in great condition including recent renovations/ expansion of the floor space, and dual septic tanks for grease and sanitary. The tanks were cleaned in 2013, with 1200 and 1500 gallon tanks, see attached diagram . A new roof was installed in 2013, at the same time of the addition to the building. The front porch was used for outside dining by the previous owner. The commercial kitchen fixtures are included with the sale. The building addition made the square footage 5,500.
